The company's operation involve the production and distribution
of textile products and accessories, such as zippers, thread,
buttons, fabrics and ready-to-wear clothing. The group comprises
eight different companies, which, together, earned total sales
of 6,872.9 million Baht in 1999, about 8.9% less than in 1998.
Sales from exports accounted for 2,839 million Baht of this, while
domestic sales accounted for 4,033.9 million Baht.

its production processes with as aim to achieve greater efficiency.
Simultaneously, it has also mead great efforts to cut costs through
reducing unnecessary expenditure. In recognizing the importance
of keeping its customers happy, SUC ensures that its long-term
customers are provided with high-quality products and services,
as well as unfailing support. The company is also consistently
seeking new customers to add to its list of long-term trading
partners.
This group produces consumer goods and plastics parts for both
overseas and domestic consumption. The company reported total
sales in 1999 of 2,371.6 million baht, 1,462.4 million baht of
which was earned from exports, and 909.2 million baht from domestic
sales.
This
operation involves generating energy both in Thailand and overseas.
Currently, the company has 10 thermal-electric power plants in
three provinces of China, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Yunnan. Electric
power generation at these plants was started as early as 1994.
The company is also current involved in building an independent
power producer project in Prachuab-khiri-khan province, Thailand.
The
group also consists of companies set up to support and promote
the group's production and distribution activities. Still others
act as service providers. They are sales representative, investment
and servicing companies, with affiliates throughout the kingdom.
