Saha-Union
Public Company Limited (SUC)
was
established in 1972 as a central body of the Saha-Union
Group of companies (SUG),
first of which Union Industries Corporation Limited began
operation in 1961.
SUC
became a listed company on the
Security Exchange of Thailand (now, Stock Exchange of
Thailand) in 1975, and became a Public Company
Limited in 1994
